Wow, I guess the market is telling us this is worth another $600,000,000 OR $250 per sub in market cap? Give me a break!

I realize that this could help subscriber growth on the margin, but couldn't this also create some subscriber loss? What if I, as a NFLX subscriber, see that one of my friends is also a NFLX subscriber and then propose that we split the cost and share an account? In that case, NFLX loses revenue even though we both still use the service.

NFLX streaming service's "what to watch?" problem isn't a recommendation problem, it's a catalog problem. A 5.6% bump off this announcement demonstrates this stock is bubbling.

Agreed. for example. was reading about Aun San Su Kyi recently and found out there was a movie that was available on Netflix a year ago. Logged on into my NFLX account and searched--said video unavailable for streaming. Bummed. Hasn't just happened once, happens too often.
