Velti (VELT -15.4%) can't catch a break; shares are now down 34% since the mobile ad agency badly missed Q4 estimates and issued light guidance. Jefferies' Peter Misek, who cut shares to Hold in response, notes Velti has violated its debt covenants and thinks "going concern" issues now exist. Janney's Richard Fetyko considers it hard to determine how much of Velti's revenue comes from paying customers in light of its collection issues, and observes the company had $56M in cash and $47M in debt as of early Q1.
