There's no dividend cut at Javelin Mortgage (JMI) which announces a monthly payout of $0.23 in Q2. The hybrid mREIT managed by Armour Residential (ARR) is about flat since its September IPO, and has paid out dividends at a better than 14% annualized rate. (PR)

I'm not sure what the definition of "flat" is for this person's post, but JMI's high was 28% higher than its' IPO, and it is currently 23% higher than its' IPO. I wouldn't call that flat, and it's certainly better than ARR's record over that time period.
