Angela Merkel says she will look at whatever proposals the Cypriot government makes, but all Cyprus bank depositors with more than €100K should be ready to contribute to the bailout. In the meantime there is chatter about the country imposing a one-time levy on all citizens - but not on bank deposits - to fund the bailout.
