Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP) and Phillips 66 (PSX) reach a three-year deal for unit train loading of Bakken shale crude oil at the Enbridge Berthold, N.D., rail terminal beginning in May, with volumes ramping up to 35K-40K bbl/day by November. Berthold can accommodate up to three unit trains at a time and is located adjacent to Enbridge storage facilities which have an ultimate capacity of 2.2M bbl of contract storage.
