Flower Foods (FLO +3.4%) says it expects long-term sales to grow at a 5% to 10% clip after factoring in the purchase of bread brands from Hostess Brands and future acquisitions. The company has seen a nice bounce in FY13 with sales up 20%-25% YTD and says it will increase its market penetration to at least 77% by the middle of the year. (analyst event webcast)
