Analog chipmaker Fairchild Semiconductor (FCS) is cutting its Q3 revenue guidance range to $400M-$410M, from a prior range of $433M-$446M. The company's adjusted gross margin guidance is also being cut. Fairchild blames the shortfall on weak distributor sales - potentially a negative for chip distributors ARW and AVT. (PR)
