Rosneft (RNFTF.PK) completes deals worth ~$55B to close its acquisition of TNK-BP and become the world's largest listed oil producer, as the Russian state oil giant handed BP $16.7B in cash and Rosneft shares for BP's 50% stake in TNK-BP, the companies announce. BP now owns nearly 20% of Rosneft.
