The Labor Department has sent letters to PulteGroup (PHM), Lennar (LEN), D.R. Horton (DHI), KB Home (KBH) and other home builders as part of an investigation into pay practices. Ken Gear of the Leading Builders of America criticized the probe for not identifying any issues that "warrant an investigation."

Issues? Who needs issues? They're not adequately unionized, right?

Kick them while they are down and then kick them again and again and again. This is the new Administration policy to keep the unemployment rate at 9.00%. And you thought you heard the Administration say they want to create jobs.

If our Justice Tsar, Mr. Holder, has time left over after roughing-up Gibson Guitar, maybe he can look into the pay practices of the homebuilders.

I see this as a good sign. I was worried they had no pay practices at all as they had no working employees to pay.
