Carol Bartz doesn't mince words in her first interview since being canned by Yahoo's (YHOO -0.8%) board; "doofuses" is probably the kindest word she uses to describe Roy Bostock and crew, whom she feels did her wrong. "They want revenue growth," Bartz says about the board, "even though they were told that we would not have revenue growth until 2012."

She should have understood that they were "doofuses" even before she joined Yahoo. After all these are the people turned down Microsoft's excessively high offer in the first place creating the situation opening the door for her employment.
