Wireless software developer Openwave (OPWV), whose shares surged two weeks ago after suing AAPL and RIMM, is down 3.8% after announcing CEO Ken Denman has resigned for personal reasons. In addition, the company has appointed Peter Feld, whose hedge fund owns a 9.9% stake in Openwave, as Chairman.
