This appears to have been a good investment for Gordon so far.

+ 9-10% on the day to just under $5/share to a new 52-week high. So far so good. If it doubles from here, GKK management will be well compensated for their efforts.

I do like when the CEO is putting more skin in the game, job well done Chris.

Makes me wonder whether I should add a little more or just wait to see if we have another pullback.

I always would prefer pullbacks, but never know if/when I would get one...

Chris, thanks! great job and awesome run lately.
Thinking about adding more as it looks tasty :-) Are there any near-term catalysts that may drive price higher or it's better to wait for a dip?

I can't write intelligently about dips because they are just not something that I know anything about in terms of how to predict.

It depends upon how "near-term". Dividends in Q4. That is next.

Thanks, Chris, for your insight, I added yesterday afternoon and again this morning. The movement is indeed encouraging.
