American Superconductor's (AMSC -12.9%) bad year gets worse after the maker of wind turbine parts discloses it's suing Chinese customer Sinovel, demanding it pay for past product shipments and accept shipment of parts it's obligated to buy. AMSC's revenues collapsed this year following order cancellations from Sinovel.
