The CEO and CFO of bankrupt Solyndra will invoke their 5th Amendment rights at a House committee hearing on Friday, citing an ongoing criminal investigation by the FBI. The committee is investigating a $528M loan the company received from the Energy Department in 2009.

    That's why the FBI seized the records by Administration's orders. Congress or anyone else will never see what was taken in it's entirety.
