Apache (APA) will pay ExxonMobil (XOM) $1.75B for its U.K. North Sea assets. A recent estimate pegged proved reserves at 68M barrels of oil equivalent. The deal boosts Apache's North Sea production by 54% and proved reserves by 44%. (PR)
