Phillips 66 (PSX) applies to build a crude oil unloading facility at its Ferndale, Wash., refinery to take delivery of oil by rail. The facility would be able to transfer ~12,800 barrels/hour, allowing a new train to be unloaded every other day, according to a filing with the Northwest Clean Air Agency. Similar rail unloading facilities have been approved at Washington refineries owned by Tesoro (TSO) and BP.

I did, chopchop. Scooped up at an 11% discount compared to a few days ago. Added to my existing position.

its hard to pull the trigger when it is so run up, but this is the biggest drop it has seen in a while. I last bought at the pullback to the 40s last year (on top of holding my IPO shares)

rail is more expensive and a couple of tanks overturning may change things here! Pipelines are cheaper and safer. Rails are innovating.

As of late , rails have been doing just fine. Pipelines leak. Look at the latest Exxon pipe leak with oil running down the street in one town. Six of one , half dozen of another. Environmental risks everywhere
