With Microsoft's (MSFT) 25% dividend hike, the Wintel companies are the new high tech high yielders. Though the move will fall short of some demands for it to use more of its cash pile to reward shareholders, the 2.97% payment leaves Microsoft with one of the highest dividend yields among big tech groups. Intel's (INTC) yield is now a giddy 3.8%.
