Delta Air Lines (DAL) sues Export-Import Bank of the United States over the loan guarantees provided to help support purchases of Boeing aircraft by global carriers such as Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airways, and Korean Air. The argument from Delta is that the loan guarantees lowered the cost of capital for foreign airliners.
