General Mills' (GIS +3.7%) healthy earnings are proof the cereal industry is rebounding after enduring a brutal price war in 2010, even as it copes with rising food costs. In addition to General Mills, which reaffirmed its FY12 EPS outlook today, rivals Kellogg (K) and Ralcorp (RAH) have been keeping a lid on price cuts. (transcript)
