Sliver Lake, DST Global, Temasek Holdings, and Yunfeng Capital are tendering for $1.6B in Alibaba shares at a price that values firm at $32B. This would put Yahoo's (YHOO) 39% stake in the company at $12.5B. The deal's intention is to allow Alibaba employees to cash out of some shares, and clearly means an IPO isn't coming soon.
