Qualcomm (QCOM -3.9%) could lose 4G Indian spectrum licenses it acquired last year for $1.04B, after the country's telecom regulator, recently hit by a corruption scandal, rejects its application for them. Reports surfaced last October that Qualcomm was looking to sell the spectrum, in return for a commitment to deploy TD-LTE technology.
