The litigation for not following standard practices and safety guidelines are indefensible. Pay up exxon.

Its not a question of will there be a pipeline spill. Its a question of when and where.

Funny, sue Exxon for an accidental oil spill goes the rallying cry, but do we sue airlines for accidental crashes? Sue trucking companies for accidental collisions? Do we demonize them for a 99.9% batting average? This is getting a little sickening. Keep the injured whole, certainly, compensate them for their loss & disruption of life, of course, but let's stop letting lawyers get rich from living everyday life.
