InVivo Therapeutics (NVIV.OB +6.4%) trades sharply higher after offering to exchange outstanding warrants issued in 2010 for new warrants in connection with the company's intention to list on the NASDAQ or NYSE MKT. The company says the existing warrants would force it to report negative stockholder's equity, effectively precluding an uplist of the shares to a national securities exchange.
