Four companies which have invested heavily in gas-fired generation - Calpine (CPN), Exelon (EXC), National Grid (NGG) and Public Service Enterprise (PEG) - urge a court to throw out a lawsuit that would invalidate the EPA's new rules curbing emissions of mercury and other air pollutants. The move exposes a rift within the power sector, which usually speaks with one voice against clean-air regulations.

    All we have heard for a couple of years is how important it is to convert to Nat Gas Now your and Idiot if you Did ??? And let's also not Drill or Frack and for sure never build a pipe line. Obama said he will decide on the Keystone this YEAR> What the Hell another YEAR> TO think about a pipeline. ????? Idiots They Live among US.
