Kodiak Oil & Gas (KOG -1.9%) agrees to acquire land and undeveloped leaseholds in the Wiliston Basin of North Dakota from a private seller for $235M. The purchase will expand the company's presence in the region, and increase overall oil production by 3k bpd.

    Looks like a very reasonable acquisition based on the price. It is just north of their Koala area so it fits well.
