A leveraged buyout of Yahoo (YHOO -1.3%) would be "achievable” but “complex", Susquehanna says; PE firms would need to come up with $10B in debt and $8B in equity for such a deal after selling Yahoo’s Asian assets such as its stake in Alibaba. But unwinding those assets would be complicated, and who would loan a PE group $10B for such a risky takeover?
