DynaVox (DVOX) says that The NASDAQ Stock Market is delisting its shares, effective April 16. In October, 2012, the company received a notice from Nasdaq indicating it was not in compliance with it's $1 minimum bid price requirement, and the delisting is the result of the DVOX's failure to regain compliance. The company doesn't plan appeal. Shares -10% AH.
