I import used furniture from England, mostly 1920s era cased goods. We had a big jump in sales last August; then things slowed and remained slow through the end of the year. Things turned positive in January and sales since seem to be building momentum. I'm feeling pretty positive right now. So, I'll probably purchase more fbn.

I think some of the initial pickup in the housing market was propelled by investors. In my own case, my wife and I purchased a house that we do not plan to move into for at least a year. The new house sits vacant while we wait for our existing house to appreciate a little more in value.
