Morgan Stanley's (MS) private-equity arm and Apax Partners are reportedly thinking about selling Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International in a transaction that could be worth $2B. The considerations come six years after Morgan Stanley and Apax took Hub private for $1.8B.
