Notwithstanding its potential buyout, Dell (DELL) plans to double its sales outlets in China to 20,000 over the next 2-3 years as it looks to overcome the global slump in PC sales. And as Lenovo has done, Dell intends to focus on smaller "tier 4 through 6" cities where markets are still developing. The company is also exploring designs for different tablet sizes.

    Dell seems to be moving in a positive direction. HP seems stuck without a leader and tied up with past challenges. SOMEONE has to win the PC/Server/Storage/Network war. Why not Dell?
