Regal Entertainment (RGC +3.5%) catches an upgrade from MKM Partners to a Buy rating from Neutral on valuation. Sony's (NYSE:SNE) decision to charge theater operators for 3D glasses isn't whacking shares of RGC quite as harshly as RealD (NYSE:RLD) - down 17% over 5 trading sessions. Nonetheless, the firm looks set to contest the action - saying it "would be forced to evaluate this new economic model and program our screens accordingly."
