SAC Capital is reportedly being sued by Wyeth investors over insider trading, just one month after it settled with federal regulators for over $600M under similar allegations. SAC came under fire last year as former fund manager Mathew Martoma was charged with illegally obtaining results from an Alzheimer's drug trial being conducted by Wyeth (now part of Pfizer (PFE)) and Elan (ELN), then trading on the information before the data was made public.
