WTI crude (USO) is off sharply again, -2.6%, and hitting a $75 handle for the first time since Sept. 2010. Brent crude (BNO) - likely a better guide as a benchmark - is off a similar amount today to $99.40, but has not yet retraced all of its gains from the past year.
