Plug Power (PLUG -1.9%) CFO Gerald Anderson has left the company; David Waldek, a founding partner of consulting firm CFO Advisory, has been named interim CFO. Plug also says it has added Johannes Roth, managing director of Swiss investment firm FiveT Capital, to its board, and that it has received a NASDAQ non-compliance noticed due to its low stock price. Plug Power has a lot of potential, as does the whole Fuel Cell business, but it needs the type of old time dedicated management that cares more about making a company a success than playing executive. Sorrilly, that "old time " type of management has been carefully weeded out of the corporate world over the years and replaced with political playboys. Sure, the Fuel Cell business is tough, but when the going gets tough, the tough get going, not running away!
    Enjoy!
