Microsoft (MSFT +1.1%) was quick to deny any interest in Yahoo (YHOO -4.4%), but David Callaway thinks it would be foolish to not at least consider how Yahoo or parts of it might help. For all Yahoo’s problems, it is still a strong group of internet assets with a reach of ~700M unique users. If Microsoft liked Yahoo at $50B in 2008, it should love it at $20B.
