In a victory for Carlos Slim's America Movil (AMX), a judge has reportedly told Mexico's competition watchdog, the CFC, to annul a 2008 resolution that certain telecom companies are dominant and potentially anti-competitive. The case also affect the local units of Telefonica (TEF) and Iusacell-Unefon.
