News Corp. (NWSA +3.8%) shareholders should vote against 13 of the company’s 15 directors, including CEO Rupert Murdoch and his sons, investor adviser ISS says, citing the phone-hacking scandal that “laid bare a striking lack of stewardship and failure of independence” of its board. News Corp. says it “strongly disagrees” with ISS.
