The Cooper Companies (COO) is up 3.9% premarket after announcing it's continuing to work with the FDA to complete a recall for some of its Avaira Toric contact lenses. Cooper fell 8.2% yesterday on high volume; today's rebound suggests the decline may have been sparked by fears of a stronger regulatory response from the FDA.
