H-P (HPQ +0.8%) is up slightly following a report it might not spin off its PC business. Jefferies is offering Meg Whitman a "bucket list" of ideas. Among them: Commit to mobile devices through a partnership; revamp the company's PC design and user interface efforts; and either "make nice" with ORCL, or partner with CRM and MSFT in a bigger way.
