Aeropostale (ARO) gives back some of yesterday's post-upgrade gains after a class action lawsuit accuses various officers and directors of violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 - namely making false statements regarding the firm's business and prospects. Shares are down 3% today, but are still holding on to a 17% runup over the last 5 trading sessions.
