    Completed new homes for sales...41,000...still very near its all time low (39,000)....and far away from a recession warning level (90,000 to 100,000)....all time high was January 2008 at 199,000...

    The new house market is crazy. Bigs bought up all the distressed and try to rent them out. Most all economic data are worsening, yet market is near all time highs. Unique charts, 5 of them say to SELL now

    In 2005 the annual pace was 1.6 million ; these days they get euphoric over 400,000.Why not move the millions of distressed properties sitting on banks books before building new ones. Overbuilt before even more so now.
