Market recap: Stocks plunged - then recovered a few minutes later - in a mini-crash caused by a faked tweet posted on AP's hacked Twitter feed that alleged an explosion had injured President Obama. Other assets moved (briefly) as well: Treasurys surged; oil fell sharply. Stocks finished the day about 1% higher on strong earnings, with four advancers for each decliner.
