Nuance (NUAN -4.3%) sells off after simultaneously preannouncing FQ4 results and proposing a $600M convertible debt offering. While the results are decent - revenue of $396M-$400M and EPS of $0.41-$0.42 beat a consensus of $388.8M and $0.40 - investors appear worried about how the offering will increase Nuance's already-large debt load.
