Cree (CREE) is down 4.3% premarket after missing FQ1 EPS expectations by a penny, and guiding for FQ2 revenue of $300M-$320M and EPS of $0.25-$0.28. While the revenue guidance is inline with forecasts, EPS guidance is below a $0.34 consensus, as higher operating expenses affect the company's net margin. (transcript)
