David Einhorn's slide presentation (pdf) regarding his short of Green Mountain Coffee (GMCR). He comes about as close to alleging accounting fraud as his lawyers will let him: "The research shows that GMCR (and its distributor) are potentially engaged in a variety of shenanigans that appear to mislead auditors and to inflate financial results."

Very strong words about a company whose shares are still $50 above their 52 week high.

How can a stock be $50 above it's 52 week high? That's mathematically impossible. The high is the high. As a stock's price goes up above the 52 week high, it sets a new 52 week high.

I wondered if that was a trick statement-but I woke up and smelled the creative accounting-no problem-one lump or two?

Keybanc reiterated a buy on GMCR, nothing new in Einhorn's short show! This is the same rant the shorts have put out for at least 2 Years, everyone has heard it ad nauseum. Check your shirt pocket the rat you are smelling is probably there. The depth of this market is not being grasp by the short positions. GMCR is changing the market for coffee brewing worldwide. Oh and this is only the beginning! Yet ANOTHER squeeze is coming, brace yourself.
