Demand Media (DMD) - fresh off of a 13% down day - issues a terse statement on the decline of its eHow.com traffic, saying a "technical issue" was temporary and is now "remediated." The explanation stands in contrast to reports circulating recently saying Google's search engine algorithm punished the "how to" site for low-quality content.
