A group of theater chains including AMC Entertainment, Cinemark Holdings (CNK), and Regal Entertainment (RGC) are taking a hard line in negotiations with Disney (DIS) over how ticket revenue is shared by not offering advance ticket sales for Iron Man 3 and curtailing promotions for the movie. The chains claim Disney wants up to 65% of the box office take - instead of the typical 50% to 55% cut.
