The storm at Olympus (OCPNY.PK) over an exhorbitant $687M advisory fee the company paid in a takeover in 2008 has claimed another head, with Chairman and President Tsuyoshi Kikukawa resigning. Kikukawa's departure follows the firing of CEO Michael Woodford for threatening to disclose the payment.
