Nokia's (NOK) just-announced Lumia 800 Windows Phone (MSFT) bears a strong resemblance to its N9 MeeGo phone, though a Qualcomm (QCOM) chip has replaced the N9's Texas Instruments (TXN) chip. Engadget says the phone "looks quite incredible," Nonetheless, Nokia faces an uphill battle to wrest market share from Android (GOOG) and iOS (AAPL).
