Stocks and the euro are sprinting higher on an AP report that China will invest in the EU bailout fund. Haven't we already tried that one? An earlier story had the head of the EFSF on his way to China with his hand out.

this is truly sad , same old story . manipulate the stock market to get more people in or have money change hands.

how someone doesnt get arrested for this stuff is insane . market manipulation has become the new thing .

i hope these wolves eventually eat each other into bankruptcy.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the bourgoiesie, we now know how Marxism will effect the long sought after self-negation of Capitalism. Aufhebung, Aufhebung! Hoist them with their own petard!

There's letters seal'd: and my two schoolfellows,
Whom I will trust as I will adders fang'd,
They bear the mandate; they must sweep my way
    And marshal me to knavery. Let it work;
For 'tis the sport to have the enginer
Hoist with his own petar; and 't shall go hard
But I will delve one yard below their mines
And blow them at the moon: O, 'tis most sweet,
When in one line two crafts directly meet.

This is about very BIG geo political moves. China wants influence in Europe, this could come to fruition.

    THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

china will not be given keys to run the world . china has mentioned stepping in and buying debt about 100 x ....total involvement = zero.

they buy companies and they would no doubt gobble up a countries natural resources , but as far as buying toxic paper ...no shot.

this is like a bad nightmare on euro street sequel .

this is verification to me that the european leaders do not have a plan and cant agree on anything ....period.

China is playing this game for the long haul and trying to buy influence in Europe as a hedge, amongst others, against the U.S. in SE Asia, etc. It's a smart move and they'll likely do it.

Yes, we all know that in the end, this is will end very very badly. You can continue to ring the alarm and bang on the drum all you want. But in the end, they own the printing presses and control the money supply. And to remain in power, they're gonna print, leverage, and manipulate until they can't anymore.
So why fight it? Put ideology aside, make some money and go along for the ride. At least we know how to protect ourselves.
    History will judge them anyways.

i agree you cant fight the tape ...but what they will do when the music stops is what scares me . there is going to be some severe carnage when this thing implodes.
